I’ve been an art director working for top healthcare advertising agencies for over 19 years. My background in graphic design and strategic communication, combined with a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical landscape, allows me to develop marketing solutions that resonate with healthcare professionals and patients alike.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked on many brands across several therapeutic categories, including rheumatology, cardiology, vaccines, digestive health, women’s health, HIV, unbranded awareness campaigns, and OTC products. These opportunities have allowed me to work on a variety of marketing initiatives in both print and digital spaces.
Aside from delivering fresh designs, I’m responsible for overseeing the direction and visual execution of tactical ideas while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry standards.
My practical experience includes:
Developing and communicating a clear visual strategy that aligns with the brand’s identity and the campaign’s objectives
Leading a team of designers, illustrators, and multimedia artists to create visually engaging materials
Working closely with copywriters, account managers, and medical experts to ensure that visual elements effectively support and enhance the messaging and scientific accuracy of the content
Overseeing the end-to-end production process, from initial concept through final delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget
Coordinating with external vendors, such as photographers, illustrators, and printing companies, to execute high-quality visuals
Directing photo and video shoots
Creating print ads, direct mail, brochures, packaging, and detail aids
Developing brand identities, logos, data visualization, and infographics
Designing for digital—banner ads, iPad IVAs, websites, convention booths, and PPT presentations
